There's a ton of things you can do to increase traffic and sales on the web, but if I had to pick just one thing that helped increase my income the most, I'd say it was developing my email list. Having a good email list directly impacts the amount of cash you make every month.

Internet marketing studies have shown that each subscriber on your list has a value of $1 per month. That really doesn't sound like much but think about this…
- if you can build a list of 1000 subscribers, that's $1000 per month or $12,000 per year
- if you can build a list of 5000 subscribers, that's $5000 per month or $60,000 per year
- and if you can build a list of 10,000 subscribers, that's $10,000 per month or $120,000.00 per year
You could very conceivably get to 6 figures with just your list. The best part is, it's not hard, I've done it over and over …you just need to know HOW to do it.

Honestly, it doesn't matter what your business model is, if you are not building a list, you will severely diminish your earnings potential.
I encourage you to focus your efforts in this area because I personally can verify that the larger you can get your email list, the more sales you'll make.
